Religions are nothing but a reflex of its society evolution and time. Humans like to put religion in aspects of life they cannot understand, or that they are concened about in the integrity of a society. Ancient Greeks had Gods for love, war, wisdom, they worked as a coertion factor to inspire and give meaning to the Greek life at the time. Brazilian natives have Gods for ligthing, as ancient scandinavians had Thoor. Thats because they could not understand it was just eletrons.
In the Quran the myth that the woman is inferior, and therefore should be protected from "herself" and from tempting men; is similar to the myth of Adam and Eve, when Eve was the one who cause menkind to be expeled from paradise. Also the fact that some christians see Mary as Virgin Mary, is because in both religions, sex is a very bad thing to do, and if your a woman, your doomed for good. But if your a men and call it marriage your fine.
Anyways this just reflects that the main concern when both the Bible and the Quran were written, was so secure a unitary institution (family) to support the development of a stable society/civilization amongst constant danger ofered by romans and latter christians in the muslim case. The easiest way to do it, is to size and take the power away from the being responsable for caring the children. This way men could go to war, rape, f* around, etc etc etc, and still come back home to their 10 "wifes" and 50 children.
The scandinavian society in especial was never that opressive to women and the simple reason is, vikings never had to figth for their survival as a society, they never had any direct competitor or threat.

i see there are a whole lot of wonderful articles which throw light on potentially real threats from islam and islam as a religion. the diagnosis is perfect but i do not see many articles that provide solutions. i have a solution for all this. islam will cease to exist. this will be achieved without any violence. remember violence cannot finish islam. bush tried it and failed miserably.

Really? How about Christianity? It's a religion of love, peace, etc? May I remind you about inquisition? Witchburnings? The crusaders? The Nazis? Was it all about love? Christianity is a religion from God, but some fools misrepresented it and changed the words of God by misinterpreting Gospel.

Please, stop spreading lies about Islam! Your misinterpretations wont help you at the Day of Jugdment. Jesus was a Messenger of God, not His son (SubhanAllah). If Jesus was son of Him (SubhanAllah) how could Jesus let anybody kill him? God is eternal. Read the Quran!

What is God's religion?
I couldn't comprehend the term "The Religion of Allah". How do we know for sure what's God's religion? Do we have to check His (or Her) ID??
For all I know, religions are man made. I didn't say that there is no God, but I just don't know why would God needs a religion for himself.
People who followed the teachings of Buddha are called Buddhists, hence there is the term Buddhist. Buddha himself might not called a Buddhist. People who followed the teachings of Christ are called Christians, hence there is the term Christian. Jesus, of course, never called himself a Christian (He is a Jew, born and raised in such tradition).
As for Moslem, last time I checked the word literally means "one who submits to God" (the word Islam has also the same verbal root). So, it means that a RC nun could be called a Moslem. The same term would also be applied for a Tibetan monk, and many other human being despite of the different symbolic / ritual practices.
If the explanation (of why Islam is called the religion of God) is based on the claim that the religion came from God himself, well it would just be a CLAIM. Any religion could CLAIM so. So, can anybody provide a sound explanation of why should one religion is called God's religion?

So Devon, let's see if I can crystallize that incoherent diatribe.
You are saying we have to be accountable to that allah guy on the day of judgment? From what I can see of this allah guy, he is impotent and useless. A billion muslims pray to satan allah 5 times a day, and they still cannot defeat Israel. For that reason alone, porkchop allah should be the least of anybody's concerns.
The mantra we so often hear is that it's because Israel is supported by the American military and the financial machinations of the Rothschilds. Essentially muslims are admitting that their allah guy (supposedly the creator of the universe???) is less powerful than the American military and the Rothschilds.
Instead of bowing down toward Mecca 5 times a day, muslims might be better served by bowing down in the direction of the Pentagon and then praying to the Rothschilds.

This has been a wondrous campaign. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)is burning in Hell fire. An astounding research made by Ali Sina, founder of the Faith Freedom International (FFI). His alleged citation was borrowed with appalling outcry from poetic journey made by Dante’s Devine Comedy, as evidence that Muhammad was the ‘Prophet of Doom’ to convince his cohorts, and the rest. Our eloquent mind enquired this truth with in- depth study of unveiling the truth.
It is widely believed that ‘Devine Comedy’s religious connotation and philosophical conception was borrowed form Islamic ideology, Sufism. Dante rented many textures indirectly from Ibn Arabia, Isra as well as similar concept from Epistle of Forgiveness of Al-Ma'arri a controversial rationalist. Eventually, Dante’s writings sources based on ancient Roman, Greek mythology, polemic logic, science of his time and Islamic manuscript; that Hell and Heaven is only clearly spoken in Islam not in any other religion. If anyone does not believe in after life, then there should be existence of no Hell or Heaven. Hence, Dante’s expression in the poem ‘Comedy’ was purely an allegorical, creativeness of high poetic imagination in mediaeval Christian Dark age. But I know most Christian do not believe in after life, Christian missionaries, Jehovah church believes there is nothing after death, as I have spoken to them.

Hell& Heaven means after life, accountability, judgment day, resurrection, so punishment & reward, is a bodily matter, eventually not spiritual. Without the sensation of brain or its neural stimulation is there be any essence of soul or spirit. Soul or spirit is only the command and expunge memory with out active brain. No emotional dispatch of elation, joy, delight, euphoria, fear, anger, shame, guilt, envy, shock, trauma, jealousy is possible without the signal of an active mind. Also any believe about Hell & Heaven, or after life concept is firmly related with all Asiatic religion whether segmented or completeness as a physical nature. Many people have described about their near death experience during the cold consciousness both bad and good, while remained connected with their carcass and again return upon consciousness on earth.
But adolescent mind of (self proclaimed philosopher) Dr. Ali Sina has been in doubt about himself. First he bore the poetic sequence as a literal propagation but later moved away from his believe thus revert the occurrence. “Islamic Paradise is a physical place. .It seems that the prophet had no idea of the spiritual reality.” A contradiction of his own self believes from a shocking intelligence, though not sure which one is the true realization. It could be the first one last or last one first or vice versa. We need to reveal the legitimacy of prime motivation of his making this negation and level of engagement could be financially benefiting him in a greater extent.
Dante acknowledged, there are truths which we can apprehend only as if in a dream, “come sognando,” [Conv. 3.15.6; Nardi (1944), 81–90], and our desire for perfect understanding is necessarily limited. Before that Aristotle had the similar recognition that a life of pure contemplation is beyond our strictly human capacity; we can live in this way only to the extent that we have in us “something divine” [NE 10.7, 1177b].
So, how could any one be (e.g. Ali Sina) so sure that ‘Muhammad is burning in Hell’ and quoted as if so confidently from Dante’s poetic imagery. Did Dante have any chances of being with after life occurrence? Rather the story is similar to mi’raj which was plagiarised, and does it not necessarily be meaning of the essence of high intuition? Besides, that Ali Sina might have been accompanied Dante’s metaphorical tour calumnised prophet Muhammad delineated in ninth ditch of the eight circle of Hell. So he might describe about purgatory, Hellish thematic trip as he is the only survived man in our living society can explain the puzzle if as an eyewitness. What have actually been occurred in after life or what other accessible information readily inspect his eyes.
